Mrs. Baggs has received her Masters of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, Missouri. Her educational philosophy supports being a fervent advocate for the educational well-being and development of others while continuing professional and personal growth along the way. Mrs. Baggs professional interests focus on supporting all staff to become supreme educators while instilling a desire to develop strong leadership skills within themselves. Regenerative educational practices encourage current trends in education to be in place within The Charter School at Waterstone and driving the direction of all stakeholders’ efforts. She has a strong belief in teaching the whole child supports all levels of learners and their learning style. Professional memberships support these goals, such as, maintaining membership with the National Association of Secondary Elementary School Principals, National Association of Elementary School Principals, and the Pompano Chamber of Commerce. Through the dedication, drive and persistence of all staff and students while principal at West Broward Academy, Mrs. Baggs was honored with the Most Improved School within Charter School Associates in 2017-2018.
